Sergei Trunov
At BLU, Sergei Trunov brings together distinctive flavours, charcoal grilling and bold combinations inspired by culinary traditions from around the world - food that keeps you coming back.
For many years, Sergei led the kitchen at Tallinn’s Balthasar. In 2011, he was part of the team of chefs preparing dishes for the Estonian President’s reception. He is also invited to share his expertise on television cookery shows.
